How to Buy Your OMAMA Design Piece?

Explore our collections through the main menu or by scrolling the homepage. You’ll find handcrafted design pieces, learn about the wood species, and get detailed information on each product page.

On the product page, select your preferred wood species (when available) and click “Add to cart.” You can continue browsing and add other pieces as you go.

When you’re ready, click the cart icon in the top right corner of the page. Review your selection, apply any discount codes, and click “Checkout.”

Provide your email, shipping address, and select your delivery method. Then choose your preferred payment option — credit card or digital wallet — and complete your order.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with your order number and a tracking link. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your piece ships, you’ll receive a second email with a tracking link. You’ll be able to follow your package in real time from our distribution center to your address.

If you haven’t received confirmation or tracking information within 3 business days, email us at hello@omama.design and we’ll follow up.

Note: The shipping timeline starts once payment is confirmed. Depending on the method, this can take up to 2 business days.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address after completing your order, email us as quickly as possible at hello@omama.design with your order number and the correct address.

We can only make changes before the order has shipped. Once it’s in transit, we’re unable to modify delivery details with the carrier.

If the item is returned to our logistics center, we’ll arrange a new shipment once the additional shipping fee is covered.

Shipping and Delivery

We monitor all shipments closely to make sure your piece arrives safely. If your delivery window has passed and your order hasn’t arrived:

  • Check the tracking link for the latest update
  • If it’s been more than 3 business days with no progress, contact us at hello@omama.design with your order number

We’ll reach out to the carrier and update you. If the package is lost or delivery fails, we’ll resend the piece or issue a full refund.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive anything

Check if someone at your address accepted the package on your behalf (neighbor, doorman, etc.). Double-check that the address on your order was entered correctly. If the package is still missing, contact us at hello@omama.design with your order number and we’ll follow up with the carrier. If a delivery issue is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or refund your order.
