Exchange and Return Policy

Under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, the customer may cancel a purchase made through our website within up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded, and the return shipping costs will be covered by OMAMA. The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and returned in its original packaging.

To request a return due to withdrawal, please send an email to hello@omama.design including the order number and the reason for the request.

If the exchange request is not related to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, and is made after the legal 7-day period, OMAMA reserves the right to assess the feasibility of the exchange, which must be requested within 30 calendar days.

If approved, the shipping and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. This applies to exchanges due to color, size, style, or other personal preferences.

After the legal 7-day period, any exchange or return request will only be accepted upon proof of a manufacturing defect or damage clearly caused during the production process.

In this case, the customer must send photos of the product and describe the issue via email. The item will be analyzed by the OMAMA team, and if the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with the exchange or full refund at no additional cost.

All requests must be made via email at hello@omama.design, including the order number, reason for the request, and, if applicable, photos of the product.

After review by the team, the customer will receive instructions regarding shipping, deadlines, and the conditions for a refund or exchange.

Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, with no signs of use and in the original packaging.

Inspection: Once we receive your return, the product will undergo an inspection to verify that it is in the same condition as when it was sent.

Preparation for Shipping: After the inspection is approved, the new item will be prepared and shipped. The tracking code will be sent via email once the item has been posted.

Price Difference: If the returned item has a higher value than the new selected item, OMAMA will refund the difference. If the new item has a higher value than the returned item, a payment link will be sent for the difference. The new item will be shipped after confirmation of the additional payment.
