On the product page, select the type of wood (when applicable) and click on “Add to cart.” If you wish to continue shopping, repeat the process with other products.
When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click on the cart icon located in the top right corner of the website. Review the selected items, apply a discount coupon (if available), and click on “Checkout.”
Enter your email, delivery address, and choose the shipping method. Then, select your preferred payment method (Pix, Credit Card, or Bank Slip) and complete the purchase.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your order number and tracking information. If you don’t find the message in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a new email with the tracking link from the carrier. This link allows you to follow your package in real time, from our distribution center to your address.
If you cannot find the confirmation or tracking email, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still haven’t received any information within 3 business days after your purchase, contact our support team at hello@omama.design.
Important: The shipping time starts after payment confirmation, which may take up to 5 business days depending on the selected option.
If you have completed your purchase and noticed that the address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@omama.design with your order number and the correct full address.
Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. After shipping, unfortunately, we are unable to modify the delivery details directly with the carrier.
If the order is already out for delivery, we recommend waiting for the delivery attempt. If the package is returned to our logistics center, we will evaluate a new shipment, which may require payment of a new shipping fee.
We understand that waiting can be frustrating, so we closely monitor the entire logistics process to ensure your order arrives safely.
If the estimated delivery time has passed and your order has not been delivered, follow these steps:

Credit and Debit Cards
We accept the main card brands. You can split your purchase into up to 3 interest-free installments. Installments above 3 may include additional fees according to Mercado Pago rates, informed at checkout.

Pix – 5% discount
When selecting this option at checkout, a QR Code will be generated for instant payment. Pix is approved immediately and speeds up the shipping process.
Bank Slip (Boleto Bancário)
Available only for one-time payment. The boleto expires within 1 business day after issuance, and payment confirmation may take up to 2 business days. The order will only be processed after confirmation.
